<p>Tips hoe dit toe te passen:</p>
<p>Verandering is de enige constante (een bekende uitspraak voor velen).<br />
Toch blijven sommigen (te lang) vasthouden aan oude bekende patronen en methodieken.</p>
<p>Is verandering te uitdagend?, of neemt het comfort van de oude “werkende” methode de overhand?<br />
Zolang het goed “genoeg” gaat hoeft er niets anders… toch? Of juist wel?!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Een onderdeel is hoe je er naar kijkt en benoemt; een eenvoudig voorbeeld is de woordkeuze:<br />
Gaat het over veranderen of ontwikkeling?</p>
<p>Maar ook de focus en houding tov de nieuwe situatie:<br />
Gaat het over de externe oorzaken die jou overkomen of die je ziet aankomen?<br />
Ga jij reactief of proactief de nieuwe situatie aan?</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Bij ontwikkeling hoeven we ook niet altijd alle oude methodes en het oude gedrag “weg te doen”.<br />
Maar wel kijken wanneer dit nog wel goed werkt en waar dit niet meer (naar wens / voldoende) werkt.<br />
een juiste balans vinden dus en nieuw gedrag toepassen wanneer wenselijk of noodzakelijk.</p>
<p>Vaak hoor ik dat verandering niet leuk is. Dit heeft vaak ook te maken dat het “moet”!<br />
Ook hierbij ligt dan de vraag; ben jij op tijd en proactief gaan kijken wat je kan verwachten?</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Verandering &amp; ontwikkeling gaat het beste met stappen, waarbij je mag leren!<br />
Als iemand iets voor de eerste keer doet, is dat vaak nog niet meteen op de goede manier, laat staan op ene perfecte manier!<br />
Zorg dus dat er een veilige manier is waardoor je kan “vallen” en “opstaan”.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Hoe zorg je voor jezelf en je mensen om je heen dat er geleerd kan worden door te doen, door te experimenteren?!<br />
Zorg dat de situatie het toelaat dat een foutje niet direct grote gevolgen hebben.<br />
Zorg dus dat je op tijd begint met ander gedrag te oefenen en toe te passen. (voordat de noodzaak er is)<br />
Zorg dat er feedback is, dat iemand mee kijkt die bewust de ander wil helpen met groeien (dus niet overnemen, maar helpen te ervaren wat wel en wat nog niet goed ging)<br />
<strong>Veiligheid en vertrouwen zijn dus 2 cruciale kernwoorden</strong> (kernwaarden) voor het behalen van succesvolle ontwikkeling.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Ik noem het vaak de hockeystick curve. Als je iets nieuws begint; gaat het resultaat eerst een beetje naar beneden voordat door de leercurve de resultaten omhoog kunnen gaan. Leren en ontwikkelen is zo ook soms een spel. Meedoen is uitermate belangrijk om te kunnen winnen.</p>

<p>Hoe dit toe te passen:</p>



<p>Stap 1: onderzoek jouw stijl van leiderschap! Wij gebruiken vaak Insights Discovery om een voorkeursstijl te herkennen en te benoemen.  Vraag ook aan jouw collega&#8217;s hoe ze jouw stijl omschrijven. Zowel op jouw sterke dagen als mogelijk minder goede dagen (moe /  ziek / stress). Wat is herkenbaar als jouw stijl? Wanneer werkt dit goed? Wanneer werkt dit niet goed? Waarom is dit?</p>



<p>Bij wie werkt dit wel/niet goed? En ook hierbij; waarom is dit?</p>



<p>Stap 2: In situaties waar het niet goed werkt; wat is er dan wel nodig? Hoe kan jij deze rol/stijl voor jezelf aanleren en toepassen.  Als deze stijl ver van jouw authentieke stijl ligt; zoek dan naar collega&#8217;s die jou hierbij kunnen helpen.</p>



<p>Waarom zou je dit doen: als jij wenst dat jouw leiderschap (blijvend) gevolgd wordt; is het cruciaal dat de ontvanger (medewerker/collega) jouw boodschap begrijpt en dat je gelijk zijn/haar intrinsieke motivatie raakt. Geef iemand de voeding om zelf na te denken en zelf (mee) te beslissen; en je verhoogt de betrokkenheid en zelfstandigheid.</p>

<p>Tips om dit toe te passen: </p>



<p>Begin heel eenvoudig: door bewuster na te denken / reflecteren waarom je zojuist iets deed! Waarom deed je dit op deze manier?</p>



<p>Neem bijvoorbeeld autorijden. Hoe stap je in? In welke volgorde doe je welke handelingen? (gordel om, telefoon in carkit, sleutel in contact, etc). De keuze van de route naar jouw naar bestemming: waarom volg je (elke keer) deze route? Zo kan je veel van jouw dagelijkse acties/ handelingen analyseren!</p>



<p>Neem dan een complexer of mogelijk belangrijker proces (zoals het maken van belangrijke beslissingen en/of samenwerken met anderen). Ook hier begint het analyseren. Hierbij kan je ook de hulp (input / feedback) van anderen vragen: hoe zouden zij dit doen .. anders of op dezelfde manier? Hoe zien ze jou dit doen? Welke stappen doorloop jij in jouw proces?  </p>



<p>Gaat het goed, dan hoef je natuurlijk niets te wijzigen. Is het resultaat niet zoals jij dit wenst, ondanks dat je voor jezelf had voorgenomen dit te veranderen?! Dan vraagt dit bewuste aandacht (en misschien wat hulp). Ingesleten / aangeleerde patronen zitten geprogrammeerd in jouw brein. Het doorbreken van deze patronen vraagt 2 dingen:</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>een bewuste(re) keuze maken dat je echt wilt veranderen / ontwikkelen (geen sabotage meer toe laten)</li><li>een nieuw ritme creëren om een nieuwe brein verbinding &#8211; een nieuw automatisme te creëren! </li></ol>

<p>Kwalificeren door de juiste vragen te stellen is cruciaal voor succesvol adviseren &#8211; verkopen.</p>
<p>Hoe zorg je dat je echt de juiste informatie krijgt?</p>
<p>En gelijktijdig jouw potentiële klant echt waardevolle aandacht geeft?</p>
<p>En uiteindelijk de vertaalslag kan maken welke waarde jij toevoegt om ervoor te zorgen dat de klant hier alleen maar vrolijk van kan worden?!</p>
<p>&#8211;&gt; Focus op het traject van de klant. Wat heeft hij/zij reeds voor stappen bewandeld en welke stappen moeten ze nog nemen?</p>
<p>&#8211;&gt; Naast dat je het proces wilt begrijpen, wil je ook begrijpen wat deze investering ze gaat opleveren!</p>
<p>&#8211;&gt; Blijf open vragen stellen, opdat de klant ook echt moet gaan nadenken.</p>
<p>&#8211;&gt; Kom nog niet met jouw &#8220;oplossingen&#8221; zolang je nog meer vragen kan en moet  stellen!</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">en als we dan vragen: &#8220;behandel je dan ook iedereen uniek?&#8221;, zijn er nog steeds veel die zeggen: &#8220;ja, ik maak het altijd graag persoonlijk&#8221;.   En daar ben ik dan ook erg blij mee.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Toch blijf ik dan eeuwig nieuwsgierig hoe dat in de praktijk er dan uitziet. Want intussen is veel binnen onze maatschappij gericht op gelijke behandeling.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Om van politiek en verkeersregels enzo maar niet in te gaan, maar ook op scholen. Gelukkig wordt daar ook steeds meer en meer naar initiatieven getoond om kinderen elk als uniek talent te benaderen en zo te helpen ontwikkelen. Immers; in mijn ogen heeft iedereen zijn unieke talent.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">We mogen het alleen nog helpen verder ontwikkelen. Hoe is dat bij jullie op kantoor georganiseerd? Hoe zijn de regels, structuren, beloningen, omgangsvormen en communicatie vanuit HR en management uniek georganiseerd? Wat doe jij als Leidinggevende om dit persoonlijk en uniek te maken en te houden?</p>
