<p>Tips om dit toe te passen: </p>
<p>Wat is de waarde van jouw product/dienst? En hoe is dit meer waard bij jou dan bij een van jouw concurrenten?</p>
<p>Onderzoek bij jouw (huidige) klanten en samen met jouw collega&#8217;s wat voor invloed jouw product/dienst heeft in het proces/werk van jouw klanten. Kijk hier kritisch naar en onderzoek welke impact het heeft als jouw product/dienst er niet zou zijn?</p>
<p>Stel de kwaliteit is op &#8220;niveau 6&#8221; (op schaal van 1 naar 10 &#8211; 10 =hoog). &#8220;Voldoende&#8221; zoals we op school beoordeeld werden. Welke impact heeft dit?</p>
<p>Stel je scoort een 5 of een 8 in kwaliteit. Welke impact heeft dit voor jouw klant?</p>
<p>Wat moet jij doen om jouw product/dienst bij jouw klant als &#8220;9+&#8221; te laten ervaren? Met name als je het vergelijkt met andere aanbieders?</p>
<p>Zoals altijd in verkoop: eerst moeten we vragen stellen. Daarna vertalen we wat voor extra waarde we voor de (potentiële) klant hebben. Des te beter jij weet te vertalen, des te meer waarde zij kunnen ervaren!</p>

<p>En gelijktijdig jouw potentiële klant echt waardevolle aandacht geeft?</p>
<p>En uiteindelijk de vertaalslag kan maken welke waarde jij toevoegt om ervoor te zorgen dat de klant hier alleen maar vrolijk van kan worden?!</p>
<p>&#8211;&gt; Focus op het traject van de klant. Wat heeft hij/zij reeds voor stappen bewandeld en welke stappen moeten ze nog nemen?</p>
<p>&#8211;&gt; Naast dat je het proces wilt begrijpen, wil je ook begrijpen wat deze investering ze gaat opleveren!</p>
<p>&#8211;&gt; Blijf open vragen stellen, opdat de klant ook echt moet gaan nadenken.</p>
<p>&#8211;&gt; Kom nog niet met jouw &#8220;oplossingen&#8221; zolang je nog meer vragen kan en moet  stellen!</p>
